The Parker Process:

1. After all the boring paperwork is filled out, your property will be added to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS for short), and the many other listing programs we use to market.

2. Our agents will all receive a memo that there is a new listing in the PRA family... they just might have a buyer already prepared.

Your PRA agent will photograph your home for listing and marketing materials, as well as install a For Sale sign in the yard!

3. Now you can begin receiving offers on your property. Your PRA agent will keep you well informed of all developments along the way.
